Shipment was running late do to middle east activity , newer ask they add a cople of months free service . Truck starting and tuning good like i was expecting .all i can say you sould try it . I can fire up the truck, get the heater rolling, and build air from my phone while I’m still at home. By the time I walk out the door, my truck is ready to roll. Very happy with the product, works as advertised. Remote start, low voltage auto star and low temperature auto start, that's what you need, especially in Midwest in winter. I recently installed the Smart Starter on my Volvo VNL 860 (2022), and I’m very happy with it. The product really works well and does exactly what I needed. The installation is not too difficult – it just takes some time to neatly place and organize the wires under the dashboard. Even someone who is not a mechanic can install it, if done carefully. The owner, Arshbir is amazing. His communication is excellent – whenever I call or text, he always responds and helps right away. Even on weekends he was available, which I really appreciate. He also supported me step by step during installation. When my package was delayed a few days because of a holiday, Arshpir even added 2 extra months of premium subscription. So now instead of 12 months, I have 14 months total. That was very kind and shows great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend this product and this company.
